We now play in a fantastic 25k+ all seater stadium instead of a crumbling, now 1/4 knocked down, 12k+ capacity hole and some, albeit a minority, still want to go back? Theres needs to be more padded cells in this city

For the same reason people still want to play at 3.15 on a sunday?

They'd probably have more atmosphere than the KC!

People would want to play at the Boulevard as it won't mean that Kids can't go and out of towners won't miss most of the games? Weird

Well maybe if people sang like those in chav corner, instead of staying quiet or moaning about the ref every two minutes then maybe there would be an atmosphere

TBF to the original poster, he's not asking us to go back to the Boulevard. He's asking us to try a re-create the amazing atmosphere which I don't think will ever happen.

Because people are stuck in their ways and don't like change....

I love "the kids can't go" arguement .

The 2006 grand final eliminator against Bradford is one of the best atmospheres Ive ever witnessed watching Hull FC. That includes 12 years of watching them at the boulevard.
