snowie wrote::shock: I can't believe how its just got out of hand, I have left dewsbury moor talking to a coach there explaining that parents are getting over the top and repairing some of the damage down on their previous visit but this far worse, to threaten the ref stopping a lad from being hit :( I hope the book is bloody hard when it hits them
We were at the ground yesterday moarning with normy knights u12s , i did nt see the incident but saw the look on the faces of the cas lads coming off the pitch .This sort of behaviour is just not acceptable, the lads take into adult life what they learn from their parents. Big fines needed to stamp it out

heworth u9s 24 cas panthers u9s 20

a very tough game for the panthers this morning played in freezing conditions, both teams scored 4 tries but it was heworth`s goal kicking that proved the difference,my players are a bit down but they are playing without me on the field while heworth still had their coach on the field to give them direction, its tough for them at the moment but in the long runn they will reap the benefits.

thankfully no incidents to report today. :)

unlucky we too lost a close encounter by the two points missed, why have you chosen not to be on the field directing them, are pushing their talents earlier?

i made the decision because i felt we were ready to take the next step, from u8s this team were very good and very rarely lost a game, they were at a stage where they only had to turn up to win but they were begining to take it for granted and stagnating and not learning much.now they after make the decisions themselves and put into practice what we do in training.

to be fare to them they are doing very well despite making some errors but now they are learning again, the most important thing is learning to do things for themselves without having to be told.the easy option would be for me to stay on the field and call all the plays and win games but i have a lot of trust in my three playmakers who take it in turns to call the sets and they enjoy the responability.

The lad who had been warned should of been pulled from the field of play by his coaches and given 10 minutes to cool off. as for the idiot with the bat threats he should be arrested and charged with an offence . im guessing the ref was a kid if so do the thickos not realise that if not for these youngsters then the games would end up in chaos.

moving on no game for rangers 9s this week as sadly birstall as folded, the 8s have the short trip to eastmoor weather permitting

I came across a ref today who offered no respect to players or coaches, does this respect thingy work both ways or are we just supposed to give it Mutley.

I'll even name him as you will all know him "MR BEAN" and i offer him no respect and never will

I'm waiting for the "no ref no game brigade" to point out to them lets take the no game option then.
