Burnett's as good as gone from the Jays team. I'm curious to see who we'll go after to replace him. Our starting roster is painfully thin for 2009, with Marcum already gone for the season and McGowan not back til May.
Zaun is also as good as gone.
Current rumours are that we're sniffing around Giambi (hope not) and Furcal (would be a good signing).

Clear favourites would be an understatement, feel sorry for Giradi then though, trying to control them egos. Steinbrenner surely couldnt stretch to affording all of them
And yess i was being sarcastic, traded Crisp to the Royals for Ramirez today, good move by Francona and Epstein, looks like Ellsbury is CF and thats the right choice.

Burnett is not a good fit for the Yankees. He's too much of a joker for starters. Plus he will react very badly to being booed, which is pretty much inevitable if you play in New York. It'll all end in tears.
