but somebody somewhere would still have RCD on it and 10 months into the build they would spot this and then demand the stadium be demolished because Peel did not have Planning permission and RCD did etc etc etc.
and as i mentioned before solicitors would have to get their % from this.

I always said your stadium would never get built and it never will in this current climate. Looks like you and Wakey could be booted out in 2012. Not as they will allow Leigh in anyway.

Yeah, but look how long it's taking to Tipex out 'JJB' from the new stadium plans and write 'City of Salford' over it.
