NO, it harms both NL1 and the French Elite's credibility and benefits noone but Toulouse and may not even benefit them if the excess travelling ruins them

so im guessing this is what the Toulouse board is being used for, making the fans of NL1 clubs judged not good enough feel better about themselves by putting down toulouse and doing their 'arent we hard done to wheres our Daddy Warbucks' little orphan annie impression
