Not really ar*sed about seeing an artists impression of the new stadium to be honest because it'll most probaly be changed again, super league 4055 might be a more realistic target date

I agree to a certain extent, but I'm more then 90% sure that at FR JW will spill us the same the crap he has been for years.
" we're still on course, its still going to be the most iconic stadium in RL blah blah".
I'd never though I'd see the day when I have a pop at wilky like I have just done and knowing him personally it hurts, but I just think the whole thing is a farce and anyone who doesn't needs to take their rose tinted specs of just for a minute.
Rant over for now.

At least, if you can ask the question personally, you’ll get some sort of answer.

Or rather: NewsCorpafone Interplanetary Mega League XVII. Battling to the death by then, like The Running Man or Climbing For Dollars.

Another depressing thread on this stadium. I think Lord Lucan will turn up first
or
him from the manics
or
osama
or
shergar.
Maybe elvis ?
The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..

I don't mean to rubbish JW, as we are grateful for his great efforts over the years since 1982, but as I have said before he is not above all and should not be treated as if he's God.
But I think those fans who have been protecting JW over the years against those of us who question him, have no gone quiet? Why is that? DO they also feel let down, after being promised a great future for the club? The egg is truly on the clubs face. If this stadium (of any kind) never happens, we don't deserve SL, and I sense the club would lose it's franchise come 2011.
It's time JW, Trish, Paul Mc, Tarry (who I have always found to talk b/s) and anyone else, came to us loyal fans who have dug deep to help keep this club supported and give a HONEST response to this issue ASAP. Otherwise, I can see a very poor support for us next season and low crowds at home!
I think JW will come out with the latest ppositions soon Gan. Basically the Administration changed the Tables & Chairs of the deal. I think you will find - which is obvious of course - that I think Adam has gone and replaced by `Grey Suits` from Peel. These `Grey Suits` aren`t necessarily close to the Reds and therefore communication is the issue and obviously news of current position isn`t always at hand for John.
Its clear to me that a Stadium will be built ready for 2010 but not to the spec we were shown at the start and John has already confirmed this. At no time has John said that its not going to happen and rest assured as he is a man of immense integrity I feel he is certain to come up with the goods and on time.

Arn't these 'Grey Suits' the one's who have been you main shirt sponser for the past few years.
Salford are sponsored by the Trafford Centre not Peel Holdings PLC. The `Grey Suits` haven`t been seen - to my knowledge - behind the counter at Selfridges there. I have a pal who is with Northern Rock but he doesnt know who is going to take over from Kevin Keegan at Newcastle.
