The VERY helpful lady at Wigan council has rang to say she has found the minutes of the planning meeting and is posting them to me tonight!

All public disclosures (from either side) have been along the lines of a 50:50 split dual use of the stadium. I highly doubt that there would be any one party favoured which is why its important we find that informaiton.

Apologies here Donna, just put this straight for me. Are we talking about the planning meeting prior to the JJB being built or the meeting Connor the Warrior's cousin, who is a big part of the Council apparently claims took place recently between Whelan, the Wigan board and Council about Leigh's ground.
