Poor result today, even taking into account all our injuries. If we miss out on the play-offs I think McNamara is going to rapidly run out of supporters. He's got plenty of detractors as it is and finishing outside the six would be very poor.

I fear more of the same next year unless some quality is recruited.

As for a replacement I wouldn't touch Folkes or McRae. As for the likes of Sharpe and Cullen you have to be joking.

However if we miss out on the six I wouldn't be surprised to see us linked with the Bulls old boys out there.

As for the poster asking for Hood to quit I just wonder where a new chairman would come from. The Board has diminished in size too much in recent years and new blood seems reluctant to join.

I dread what the score is going to be next week

I'm not a Bulls fan but someone should make him watch the Michael Vaughan press conference and hopefully make him see that sometimes you have to 'die on your sword' with dignity for the benefit of the team.

He's had plenty of time now to mould his own team/ideas and clearly its not working. He brought in his own new transfers this season (plenty of them) with mixed results.

Time to hand over the baton me thinks.

p.s As bad as you are,Leeds are there for the taking at the moment so a win on Friday and you might all be on here bragging about getting to Old Trafford from 5th/6th

I'd take Steve Folkes over anyone else.

Really? The Bulldogs have been awful this year.

Going on past season at the Bulldogs he strikes me as someone who won't suffer fools gladly and that's what we need IMO McNamara seems too pally with the players.

From what I've seen McNamara is far less pally with the players than Noble was.

Folkes seems to be suffering some foolish performances this year. I'm not convinced by him. They've lost some decent players and results have suffered. Quite similar to the Bulls really.

TBF all coaches have them.

But according to a big prop it causes a little strife at times.

It always does. But Nobby had is faves and there was grumbling about that.

As always if a coach is successful this gets ignored but if he's not it becomes a big deal. I'm not convinced it's a problem.
