Cas to miss out on basis of (a) poor ground with no redevlopment plans concrete & (b) what they have brought to the comp in recent years - think Wakey just edge above them in stakes of being competitive in last 5 years.

if you look at it about how the super league has gone over the past 3 or 4 years, then it should be the 12 now and widnes and salford, because widnes and cas have been promoted and relegated quite a few times and if you have them both in nl1 they will boss it, so if they get a 3 year stint in the top league they will improve so theres no point in dropping cas out.
but i think the rfl will go with salford and celtic, and maybe drop cas out and bring widnes in too

Would adding two "M62" teams go along with the RFLs expansion plans though?
