The RFL are totally corrupt and have no interest in helping traditional RL clubs like Doncaster and Sheffield, instead concentrating on Johnny-come-latelies like teams based in Perpignan and Wales.
Richard Lewis is simply a terrible administrator. Under his command the RFL has gone from the fine profit-making institution he inherited from Rodney Walker into a loss-making joke riddled with inconsistency. Just look at the Hull FC/Challenge Cup debacle: why didn't he apply the rules? They would have kicked them out in football.

I'm not entirely convinced you were on the wind up although to be honest, that many people genuinely believe what you wrote anyway so even if you were it's good to set the record straight!
A 5 minute tour of the other teams boards demonstrates the animosity lots feel towards the RFL, particularly from Salford and widnes fans. I find that baffling considering one, and probably both, is about to get promoted without having to kick a ball. I presume it's only corruption if their applications are refused.

Oh dear. This has backfired spectacularly. Ah well.
Do you know when the first RL clubs were formed in the south of France and Wales compared to Doncaster and Sheffield?
