I'll work out the difference for you.

Matt king is 1.3 million over 4 years.

As for Carmont Wigan announced they had 140K on the cap and signed Mathers and Karl Pryce and in addition Carmont.

When will that be? May , June?

Do you really want a player on that much money to only be performing a quarter of the season?

Carmont can play on any pitch regardless of the weather. Why can't King?
