Will go down as one of Rovers greats, the question is can one of the next crop of aussies become the modern day Miller.
If I were a betting man than I would say yes.
The question is which one;
Newton
Galea
Vella
Crossman
Having read today about the potential of this man Crossman, then maybe he could be the next Miller.

Never saw Gavin Miller play but for someone who is going to develop legendary status it has to be Big Mick Vella. The mans amazing! (even if he does run like a girl)

Miller was already a seasoned campaigner when he came over to the UK and having captained Cronulla , so on that basis - I would go for Galea.
Interestingly, Gavin Miller's services were at one time wanted by our cross city rivals , but injury meant they never pursued his signature ( they've omitted to get that bit right with more recent players) and the rest they say is history.
Gavin used to attend the wednesday night Aussie rugby match screening at Tower and was always available for a Q&A session after the games.
Top Bloke.
