To be honest would you have expected him to say otherwise, he is typical of all the Ausies that come over here with their philosophy, it is indoctrinated into them.
Although he is a good work horse (in the Radford mould with a bit more pace) not the mean and nasty and aggressive type, I think that the majority of opinions on here are a little OTT to be honest, in reality he was released by B Smith and C bellamy, the latter praising him in testemony prior to leaving, also no other Ausie club wanted him, I find that difficult to understand if he is all that he is made out to be. Its obvious that he is not of SOO standard or Bellamy would have moved heaven and earth to keep him seeing as he is now the NSW coach.
Would any of the posters on here be as rapturous and knowledgeable of him if you had signed him from Newcastle (had he still been there) the second from bottom of the NRL.
