I agree with most of the comments made.
There will be bigger egos to manage but JM seems to have excellent man management skills and I'm sure he will more than rise to the challenge.
Also agree with the fact that we need that kind of winning mentality and I'm sure the rest of the players welcome it as they did last season with Mark O'Neil and Vella.
The only thing about the article from yesterday that bothered me was how it was written "Newton
warns team mates he won't except mediocrity"
Now I don't know weather that was how he meant it to come across or weather it is how the Mail has portrayed it.
If its exactly what he said then I'm a little concerned as to how the rest of the team may feel, as I'm sure they are not planning on mediocrity either. "Warns" just makes it feel a little disrespectful to the current team.
Saying that I have the faith that if JM thought this character was not right for the team dynamics he would not have recruited him, regardless of the player he is. Just my humble opinion though.
