I think it was always going to take time for us to get going with so many new players to bed in, and so many of them coming in late too, hopefully we can kick on from here but next week will be a very big test.

There's a lot of panicking going on among some of our fans. But in all honesty, I don't see too much wrong. Apparently we're in the top 4 for total shots this season in the entire football league so we must be doing something right.
I see a lot of complaining about the quality in the squad, but if you ask me, for the division we're in, i'd say it's fairly impressive.
Nah, not for me isn't Lincoln. I seem to remember from my last visit there that there aren't any pubs within about 2 miles of the ground, so we just had to stand in the ground for an hour and a half after getting off the coach!!
Seen the pics of the City following though, very impressive.

I'm astounded. Flabbergasted. Shocked. Disgusted.
I don't really know what to say, except that was gash tonight. McCall said in his interview that this dismal effort has made him even more determined to bring success to BCFC. And that we (the fans) were Premiership class tonight.

I was going to wait until ten games to comment, but after that I can't help myself.
I think Stuart has badly misjudged the kind of team needed to succeed in this league, we are so lightweight it's untrue, we are capable of playing decent football but we have to win the battle first to get the right to do that and we just don't have the players to do it - it was like men against boys tonight.
We have decent attacking players, capable of good stuff at times, but everything they do seems individual with little teamwork, I know players need time to build up relationships - but there is little sign of that happening.
I'm at a loss when it comes to commenting on the defence - Ricketts clearly needs dropping, but we don't have another keeper - I actually doubt he'd be making so many cock-up's if we had some competition as he'd be on his toes, he's a bit too laid back at the best of times but with no competition he's slipped way too far into a comfort zone. Mark Bower also baffles me, four years ago he looked a decent defender at Championship level, now he looks like a donkey in league two, surely he should be looking better each time we drop a division? When Matt Clarke is fit he should be a shoe-in.
I'd like to comment on the midfield but I've not seen many signs of us having one!
The vocal support was superb tonight, the players didn't deserve it. Considering the opposition I'd say tonights result (when taken in it's own right) could well be the worst I've endured in the 21 seasons I've been supporting City, and that's saying something.
