Saints fans dont claim these things though. It is an imaginary view that stems from bitter opposition supporters.

I remember all this happening with Rauhihi V Cayless and I remember it with Gleeson and Lyon and I remember how Morley was going to boss any other front row combination. I also remember the raving that was done about Michael Sullivan too.
?????
I think you might be in the minority of one there.
Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

come on, fess up. Before he came over It was "Sullivan can do this and Sullivan can do that"...."ooh I watched Sullivan today and he's quality, he will rip SL apart".

If i'm being honest, I had never heard of him prior to us signing him. For anybody to say he was loooking the mutts nuts at seven would be total fabrication, the times I did watch him after we announced his signing was always coming off the bench at hooker.
I liked him to be totally honest as a player, he brought a dynamacism around the PTB not seen for a good while, however he was very much an 'individual' player.
PS
mickey off derailing threads.

At the end of the day we have signed 3 players for next year that are now grand finalists, and at least 1 will become a grand final winner.
People talk about losing Henry but in King we have signed a player who has scored 19 tries in the NRL this year, and set up a lot too. Monaghan will take a lot of pressure from Briers with the organising of play and the kicking game, he is a player that we've wanted and needed for a long time.

i only saw the second half today but i was cringing that king got sucked in 3 times in the first 10 minutes in defence, he'll get crucifed on here next year for that.
What was them rumours about us signing brett white earlier this year? feck me i'd have him in a shot!
and as for sully, hardly anyone on here had heard of him, even the nrl watchers amongst us, most of the props that he got was people reporting from the sharkies forum, on about him being best impact hooker and the white preston campbell and poop so wind yer neck in alright!
