Thats where i have a problem with it. Its nothing personal and i'd be saying the same were it at another club even Hull. I do not see the point in our acadamies becoming breeding ground for non GB players, that is not their intenion.

He's a talented youngster that WILL light up the game of RL in the next few years. There are not many exciting players out there at the age of 20, but Rhys the Beast Lovegrove IS one of them.
The boy is so aggressive in attack and defence it's a pleasure to watch. When he arrived he was lacking any match fitness, in a strange country, finding a new home and playing for a new club, all at the same time! It only took him a few weeks to get over though, and boy has he shown some power and skill. To top it all off he won't even be 1st choice!!!!
The rules are there for all to see and if you don’t like it then lobby the RFL. We are abiding by them and the RFL are obviously happy with everything, or we would be up before the beak.

to be honest we heard this from you about Aizue, Morton, Steel, Ford, Webster, Fisher, Tangata-toa, Dyer, Lennon, etc and not one of your players has been a leading light this season,
if he was as good as you say, he would have been playing for St George who had terrible injuries in the centres this season, they saw it, and so does anyone else who watches, he is average at best
and you even quoted a post listing 6 BRITISH centres all young and all better than Lovegrove, then said they werent many players as young and as good, well theres 6 right there
congratulations and bringing through another average aussie, congratulations on finding a loophole so you dont have to pull your weight for the national team, well done

A) its not a loophole its adhering to the rules as they are written.
B) he's 20 and has amazing strength and style for a kid so young, he might not have the same step as Tyrer but he bumps big players off better than most centres in the league.
C) We are not shirking our GB duties, he is eligable to play for GB anyway but Saints have two first choice centres that are not eligable, only one they have is Tyrer and he's only 3rd choice.
D) We will see with a full off season to bring him in line and see where Justin plays him, at second row he's looked a lot more assured and made good runs out wide, its his favoured position too.
Ok so we have brought over a good aussie youngster with massive potential and he doesnt count as a none federation trained player, live with it we are doing NOTHING wrong.
How about posting some positives regarding our academy - we are promoting 3 academy players on full-time contracts next season along with giving a chance to young Menzies from Batley, also with Scott Johnson spending some time with the first team squad next year...

Rhys the beast doesnt have to wait til October at all. Said last night he's desperate to stay and his contract will be finalised in the next week or 2. The kid is an awesome talent. Ive not seen a 20 yr old with potential as good as his for a long time and he will be big star in the game.
SmokeyTA, i would suggest you watch the other 6 games you missed before making a judgement. You dont play for Aussie Schoolboys if your 'average'
I enjoyed visiting Craven Park a hundred times more than the KC.
Hull KR supporters generally seem to be a much more genuine lot than the West side of the city and unlike the KC there was never any threat of anything 'kicking off'
I'm sure these comments will annoy genuine Hull FC supporters, but unfortunately your neighbours show how supporting your team is done correctly.
