As a Leeds fan, the ultimate Bulls moment for me was the 1996 semi at the McAlpine. The realisation that Leeds had been completely overtaken by the Bulls was a hard pill to swallow.
I believe George Mann was at stand-off for that game , Craig Innes had just buggered off to Manly and the club was about to implode in the first season of SL. Big contrast with the fortunes of the Bulls at the time.

Ah yes the Jon Scales semi. Another great moment.
The 97 semi was also good for the Paul Medley try.

And Masella, and Terence, I believe.
You're right about the 96 semi though - the last full year of winter rugby and the Centenary season had seen Leeds well on top of Bradford. 28-6 at the McAlpine was then followed up by 54-8 at Odsal and 56-18 at Headingley. Alf Davies, where are you now?
Here's a great moment as yet unmentioned - Dave Watson's interception at Oldham.

Iirc there were at least three Leeds players, Brian was swatting them away like flies.
Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

You just don't get Leeds-Bradford derby games like that these days. Probably why we don't see so many Leeds players getting lengthy bans
I remember Gary Mercer deliberately decapitating someone (Bradley?) at Odsal in one heavy defeat - it was pretty obvious at the time that it wasn't just bad technique - needless to say he was sent off.
The 1998 game at Odsal was full of biff too, although less memorable from a Bradford point of view - Spruce and Cummins handbags, Blackmore blatantly elbowing ?Danny Peacock in the face, Fleary breaking ?Bradley's jaw, Edwards having a hissy fit with Calland for not passing to him - what a game (not to mention Iestyn's best ever performance at Odsal)!

Oh yes.Not forgotten by meself as you can see!
Correct me if i'm wrong, but the year after Wigan dicked us in the CCSF did we not meet them again the following year and actually give them a game? And didn't we run them close in the JP or Premiership the same year? And was this not Smithy's 1st year in charge?
If the answers are yes, then it's that year for me.

Adrian Morley got the red, but IIRC there was only Neil Harmon out of that Leeds pack that day that wasn't guilty of similar.
Another one - Newlove scoring the try of the season in the mud against Cas to keep the title race alive in 94.
Scoring 3 tries in the last 9 minutes to beat Wigan in the final moments (Robbie Paul gave some particularly silky skills IIRC) after an otherwise awful start to the 2005 season
