Totally forgot about this because of all the tripe I've had to wade through on here these past couple of days.
I went to the Saffron on Leeds Road at Monday tea-time, not my usual sort of place but my upwardly mobile friends with company credit cards to stick everything on seem to be above getting a curry from the Karachi for a fiver so I had to go along with it.
The place was fairly busy but the service was good, not too rushed and not too slow - I had a shami kebab and a meat samosa to start with, both of which were nice and spicier that I was expecting in a place like that. Other people had a variety of Onion Bhajis and vegetable samosa's and all seemed happy with their choices.
Never one to be original I had a chicken madras for my main, again I was happy to find a that they hadn't skimped on the chillis, so I was pretty satisfied with the meal - even more so with the fact I never got to see the bill!
I wouldn't hurry back myself but if you're into the big whitey style places then I'd say this is the best of the ones I've been to in Bradford.

My parents took on a goat (called Alf) from the RSPCA a few years ago. It was being kept inside a domestic building (illegal) in the Bradford area and fattened for human consumption.

would that be after the party or before?
when two opposite points of view are expressed with equal intensity, the truth does not necessarily lie exactly halfway between them. It is possible for one side to be simply wrong.
