i watched the dewsbury hemel game on saturday as a neutral and i must admit my immediate thoughts were that dewsbury would get a tonking as size wise this was a complete mismatch. 80 minutes later i was left amazed that dewsbury inflicted defeat on their rivals as they were a lot smaller than their opponents and filled with kids. credit to them as they produced a magnificent display and a lot smaller pack dominated a much bigger and experienced pack with some of their defence at times brutal.

a fantastic game and a great advert for summer rugby league.
