the guy was class he scored trys for fun...a very intelligent rugby mind scored tries through thinking as well as speed...it was a shame he never tried his luck in the big league but was a big reason why we got promoted .. |

He was fantastic, definitely the best winger we've had since the 60s. Lightning fast from a standing start, great footwork, and his speciality was kicking through when the opposing player played the ball and following up for the try (before it was outlawed). Last i heard he had a pub in Huddersfield or somewhere, but that was a few years back. |

He did and he scored two of his trademark tries, kicking through at an opposition PTB (now outlawed). One against Hull at home when we won 18-8 and one at Wire when we got stuffed 64-12. He scored three 1st division tries in 1994-5 IIRC. He didn't play too many games though and Kevin Pape came in and did a great job. |

My dad signed Stuart Cocker for Huddersfield, came from Morley Rugby Union club, his father used to own Morley Snooker Club along with Joe Johnson. Great lad, not sure what he's upto now though |
