Only caught the last 5 mins this morning but scraping a draw against the Maoris is hardly a great start and doesn't fill me with confidence. |

England defence was poor in 2nd half and most of the players looked very tired. |

First game so we may get better but I think that England are never an 80 minute side. Tony Smith can get teams to play for 80 mins but he failed to do this with England. I think he's the best coach England/GB have had in a while but perhaps there were other issues going off within the squad during the World Cup. I don't rate McNamara as a coach and I think there is every chance we'll finish bottom. England have some quality players but not enough. |

McNamara shouldn't be anywhere near the England job, I think we'll finish 3rd in front of the frogs. |

Things look even worse today with Morley now ruled out. It'll take a week for any replacement to get over jet lag. |
