Been poor this year compared to last year, think he got his head turned with the Quins approach,Quality player on his day,But been seen in glimpses this year.Good luck though as he always gave 100%

From a Widnes view very pleased with this signing always thought Yere & Talapupa outshone him in attack but Ropati always seemed the more solid in defence and a decent pass too.

Early rumours from our end were that he was being replaced by Ford back to you, any news on that?

When Tangi came he said he'd come to the UK to try and play in Super League.

He'll probably get the chance now with Widnes.

Maybe a bit disappointing this season but good luck on the new challenge.

I assume he'll be full time and this may help him to play to the potential I think he has.

Can't say I'm surprised by this, every time I speak to him he given me the impression he thinks he can do better than us so to speak so I'll be interested to see how he gets on. Has been very good for us and certainly has made an impact larger than a lot of other overseas players.

My favourite Tangi memory has to be his line break and inside pass to Thacks to win in Toulouse in 2009 when time ran out.

On the whole a good servant but hasn't played to his potential every game this season. I'd take a Ford/Ropati swap in a flash mind.

If you do take him back, I hope you play him in the centre where he was supposed to be the most effective.
