The game will take place on Friday 10th September with a 7:30 kick off. This is official and agreed by both clubs. I realise it's less than ideal but let's try and get a respectable fan base up there and hopefully cheer the boys on to the final eliminator. |

I've been asked by the club to say that we were obliged to play Friday night under RFL bylaws, they made it clear that that's when they wanted the game and weren't going to have their minds changed. The club realises it's less than ideal and would have preferred the game to have been played on the Saturday or the Sunday. |

The Club plans to run a coach but need to know numbers by 3 pm on Tuesday, the planned departure is 2.30 pm. Please let Denise know as soon as possible. |

We'll be going but in the car, I highly doubt that we will get the numbers required to make the coach viable, hope I'm wrong though. |

Bugger the car - get on the bus. Or at least, buy some seats.  If we don't get a coach up and you've got some spare seats in your motor, let people know. There could be a lot of disappointed people out there on Friday.

A colourfully worded email has been sent to the RFL about this (from which i expect no reply). I cant understand why it cant be saturday or sunday as its not on sky. I understand its an RFL byelaw of some kind but i think we deserve a sensibe explanation. Im sure Barrow would have preffered the weekend as well. |
