Cue an absolute joke of an away attendance again. Ah well I'll be there.

So can I take it I'll be okay for a lift then, Dr. Badvibes. Leigh is even harder to get to and from than Widnes. At least they have a station.

Don't get us started on that one!

If anyone is considering getting the train, best bet is to aim for Atherton station, the trains are as follows......................

16:10 Sheffield-Manchester Piccadilly
17:02 Manchester Piccadilly-Salford Crescent
17:47 Salford Crescent-Atherton arriving at 17:59

16:42 Sheffield-Manchester Oxford Road
17:49 Manchester Oxford Road-Salford Crescent
18:17 Salford Crescent-Atherton arriving 18:35

Anyone needs any train info, PM me and I can help you out.

Atherton train station is only ten minutes away by bus mate.

Good point Ian. 582 bus from just outside the station or a £5 taxi.

No probs Marty, how about Neil? Also does hawk-eye require a lift? The later you book a lift the more expensive it gets, it's like an airline.

Even Featherstone has a station. Admittedly no trains allowed there on match days......
