I enjoyed that game more than any other this season.

A few too many errors from both sides but it was a great performance by the Eagles and a deserved win.

you got that right ! what a nail biter that was ,but we deserved it we played them off the park in the first half and the second half we tired . but we got the 3 points thats all that matters .

Can't fault the effort, error count was pretty high but our attacking play earned that result. Fevs tries came from our mistakes and penalties so that's something to work on. Sqeaky bum time with two mins to go but it would have been very unfair to lose. Agreed it was a cracking game, up there with the best this season. Must now push on and see off fax next week and clinch a top 6 place at Widnes. Hitting form at the right time.....

Brilliant performance from the lads today. Playing up the slope after the break, we were always gonna tire but some great tackling saw us through. I thought Fev were gonna nick it at the death but that would've been harsh on us. I just hope we haven't expended all our energies today and can carry on the good work against Halifax next week. 8) 8)

Agree with everyone, great performance and deserved win, finally playing as we know we can at the perfect time. Special mentions to Simon Brown who was my man of the match today, his passing was bang on and his kicking game is phenomenal, something we've lacked all season, Andrew Henderson who gave us that extra dimension with his speed in and around the ruck area and also Corey Hanson who put in a good shift when Tim Bergin left the field, although he was blowing out of his booty come the final whistle. Don't think anyone will ever score a hat-trick and drop the ball in the same game as many times as Menzie did today, but that comes with the territory with Menzie, you know you're going to get moments of brilliance and madness in equal measure. Tangi Ropati seems back to his best which is good news for everyone and the pack made some good, hard yards. Brendon and Misi awesome as usual. Onwards and upwards.

Best game of the season, what a difference having a kicking game makes, I thought Brown was outstanding at times

I'm so over the moon with this win. What a result. I couldn't make that game I was still hung over from the whole day b4. Feel like I haven't watched the Eagles for ages and the season ends soon :SLEEPY: God I hate close season. Looking fwd to thrashing Fax :lol:
