I didnt realise Richard wasnt going to be the matchday announcer anymore? Does anyone know why this is? And who the new one will be? Will it be Gary Sinlair who does it for the blades on matchdays? I think it would have been nice for the club to aknowledge this at his last game. |

I think Richard Lee is brilliant. The club are making a mistake not to use him. Although some years ago I remember Gary Sinclair doing the Eagles - Richard Lee took over and it all moved up a gear. This is a step backwards if we are going to use Gary Sinclair. |

Gary sinclair is currently ill in hospital,so wont be doing much for a while. |

i do like both of them, I liked richard lee a lot from the eagles and also gary sinclair at the blades. Hope Gary gets better soon, and good luck and thanks to richard. |

I'd like to thank Richard Lee for snapping at me at the 2009 end of season do for throwing sugar cubes at him, calling me an effing pr*ck on the microphone, before in fact realising it wasn't me and feeling like an absolute tit, but with no apology.  I realise I'm still bitter but good riddance in my opinion.

I agree with the dr! Its a shame the club didnt give him any recognition for what he has done, i liked him, regardless of personal opinions of him, the club could have done a lot, lot worse. look at some of the matchday announcers at other grounds..... |
