Post subject:  Stay Healthy Start Writing

"Stay Healthy Start Writing" is the title of an article in the July issue of the Forty 20 magazine. It makes readers aware of the importance of keeping fit mentally as well as physically. This is something that not only applies to older people but also to much younger players when they finish playing.
My suggestion to achieve this is to spend some time every week working on writing a novel based on your own life and times.
This is something that I started doing in1988 as a hobby and have enjoyed doing ever since. My novels are all based on the old saying about being at work that "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller" and all set against a strong rugby league background.
I have also written three pages of general advice to encourage other rugby league people try something similar.
If this interests you or maybe an older relative or friend then E Mail me at wgeofflee@gmail.com and ask for "Geoff Lee's RL Guidelines" and I'll send them to you and while you are waiting have a look at my web site at www.geofflee.net as well .
