More good news for London
The London Clash is set to get even bigger with the addition of a third game at New River on January 28th. Having initially confirmed the annual clash between London Skolars and London Broncos, Skolars yesterday announced that London Chargers would play their Challenge Cup first round tie as a curtain raiser. Following dialogue with Wests Warriors and their opponents; GB Police, we’re delighted to be able to add a third game to the schedule.
Speaking of the announcement, London Skolars General Manager Jac Davies said:
“It was nearly there yesterday with the announcement that Chargers would be playing their game at New River but to have London’s four prominent clubs playing on one pitch, in one afternoon is fantastic news, making it a true London rugby league day. I hope that it’s something we can extend to next year also, adding more value for our valued supporters.”
The addition of a third game at no extra cost provides excellent value for money at a little over £3 per game.
