Looking forward to the visit from our friends at Oxford. It's been a tough off season for them, but we need the points to get our league campaign up and running.

Our squad is:
Aaron Small
Alex Anthony
Ben Pointer
Charlie Lawrence
Dave Williams
Eddie Mbaraga
Erjon Dollapi
Jermaine Coleman
Joe Price
Jon Magrin
John Paxton
Lameck Juma
Louis Robinson
Michael Sykes
Michael Bishay
? Chester
Sam Nash
Toby Everett
Will Lovell

Not sure who Chester is (presumably no the ex HKR coach now he has time on his hands). The injury Mike Worrincey suffered in the first half last week is presumably keeping him out. Will offered an early plea to the disciplinary and I understand there will be no further action from his red card last week . Magrin & Everett are the DR. Michael Sykes and Lameck did not play last week.

Oxford's squad are Kitson, Nathaniel, Burnett, Hughes, Dobek, Holmes, Hesketh, Igbinedion, Canterbury, Hayes, Harrison, Brooker, Decaro, Hoggins, Thomas, Davies, Thornton, Flintham and Lewsley. Hesketh is on loan from Batley and nice to see Harvey Burnett back.

Thankfully we are off the board. I thought that was a fun game and it showed off the pitch at its best, as both sides produced some entertaining attacking play. However, there was very much a difference in the quality of opposition from the week before. Not sure Eddie's and Magrin's tries would have been scored against better defences. Good to see the travelling fans from Oxford as usual and well done to those that made their way by planes, trains and automobiles (albeit we can probably exchange bikes for planes) from Ealing.

Next up the grudge match against the Slugs. Hopefully we can keep their early season pain going.
