Well thats the name sorted out, now its the not so small matter of a coach and some players. Its going to be interesting but hopefully RL at the Racecourse next year. I've pledged for a season ticket already.

I'm looking forward to next season. Its not going to be easy in the Championship One, but the fans have shown already, that by working together, things can be done. We need everyone to stay committed to the club and help out in any way we possibly can, if thats by selling programmes, stewarding etc etc.

Name is sorted. Was never keen on bringing North Wales or Wrexham into our name, but we need a geographic element to our name, so there you go.

Despite some of the bad rep Crusaders have had over the bast few years, at grass roots level, we've done very well. To think that participation in RL was zero when Crusaders moved to North Wales, to think that clubs are forming all the while and many people taking coaching courses, we've done well. Was at a North Wales RL meeting, which involved all clubs in the area and I can tell you that the future looks bright. More ammateur senior games played last year than ever before in the history of RL in Wales.

If we stick together and support both clubs in Wales, the Scorpions and the new Crusaders, RL can continue to grow in Wales.

With it effectively being a new club starting in CC1, most of the griping should be confined to the flatcapped fraternity who are still grumbling about the RFL letting Cas' in in 1926. I'm quite looking forward to the new season already!

No need for that , a new club , a new beginning , even from a selfish point of view , we need more clubs , we need stronger clubs in the Championships , I've no doubt that the potential is there , hopefully that potential will be realised

To be fair, that was a backward step
