An article on the Crusaders' website today:

http://www.crusadersrfl.com/article.php?id=5521

The players need our support for this game especially and we need to get as many people into the Racecourse as possible. Many may say, don't bother, as proceeds will go straight to Moss and Robberts, but with Rod saying this, I think he's genuine and means that all of it will go to the players and staff.

Fans from fellow Rugby League clubs reading this, feel free to come along if you want the best for the Crusaders and its players/staff. Your support would be much appreciated.

Rod Findlay referring to 'moral obligations' is risible.
His conduct when David Woods was unfairly dismissed at Gateshead Thunder was repugnant.( Contact Radio Cumbria if you want the details - Feb 2009 )
Shouldn't he be persuading Moss and Roberts to show their participation in the 'family sport' has certain obligations ?

Best wishes to the supporters of rugby league in Bridgend and Wrexham areas.

I'll be there with my family. Have been to a dozen or so home games over the last 2 seasons, and always have a cracking afternoon in the Bamford Suite...............just a pity there will be no Super League fix so close to home for my old man next year!.

:thumb: Great stuff. A lot who previously followed Wigan/Saints/Warrington have come to supporting Crusaders. For those in the Cheshire/Shropshire/North Wales area it can work out loads easier and you're still watching good Rugby League.

No fixture date/time change, as it hasn't been selected for Sky coverage. Still at 3pm K.O. on Sunday 21st.

Thank God for that. Only seen Cru away this year due to working Friday/Saturdays and the bonus of any new club would be surely they have to go with Sunday home games as the norm.
