There's a rumour on that bastion of unreliablity, the Quins forum that the club's contemplating changing the match day from Friday for the last few fixtures of the season. Anyone here heard anything?

I know for definate that the Hull K R and Castleford games at home on the 9th and 16th July have been moved forward a day from the Friday to Saturday. Nothing official has been announced about the Hull FC game, but the club are trying to move that to the Saturday too. Heard nothing about the Quins game sorry.
Love my Rugby League.
The game will survive in North Wales. Too much work and effort has been put in, to let it go to waste. We have an appetite for this sport and we'll make it work.
You're likely to see me in a Crusaders shirt, in a Warrington game or a Catalans game.

Given that I live in Newtown (and, traitor that I am, have a Crusaders season ticket), it was more a general enquiry. In fact I'm quite happy with Friday nights, as it leaves the rest of the weekend free.
