while i welcome the expansion of the game in Wales, in the past week Blackpool panthers went into admistration and then got their membership cancelled by the rugby league who did nothing to help them with debts or administration. Yet the RFL are bending over backwards to help crusaders. i understand you cant speak for the rfl but cant your fans see the contradiction and double standards involved........ rugby league is a family and all clubs should be treated the same pity we cant tell that to blackpool..... |

I thnk they were omitted because they failed to present the RFL with plans for next years involvement in the league |

As someone said on another forum There's nothing like RL Fans ability to take 2, add another imaginary 2, come up with 76 as an answer and then offer it as evidence of some RLF conspiracy. |

Blackpool could not come up with viable financial plans for the future. Crusaders could. Ergo sadly Blackpool got kicked out while Crusaders remain Hopefully The pamnthers can find a new financial backer and be reinstated back to the leagues |

I don't know how you Crusaders fans put up with these edit mostly from Yorkshire. They really are becoming very tedious with the 'Barrow and Batley should be in Super League' CRAP! Why should Blackpool be in exactly? In fact, don't answer! Harlequins,Crusaders and Catalans. You're all doing a good job so please don't let the same old goats dribble affect your judgment on what the average fan thinks. Well from Warrington anyway. None of the teams who the moaners would like in your place should be allowed any where the Super League. After hundreds of years of existence there is simply no desire in there local areas for a rugby team. SIMPLE AS THAT |

Perhaps the national league teams would also like to be offered the back door entrance keys to the super league |

Whilst I have every sympathy for Blackpool are you seriously expecting an answer? Or shall we treat is as the thinly veiled dig at expansion as you've responded on the KR forum: rednwhite wrote:I do acknowledge that and it is part of Blackpool's own doing in not putting forward plans and apologise i am not in a augmentative mood as another has posted but i do feel that if Blackpool was called Celtic or harlequins the rfl has in the past bailed out the Quins and has been well documented in doing that. but hope that rugby league will continue in the area. I'm really interested to see you provide the documentation showing the RFL bailing Quins out (so would Gutterfax no doubt!!) Or how about this on the Blackpool forum: rednwhite wrote:my heart goes out to the fans of Blackpool i had a massive soft spot for the club , the town , the people, do had great results under martin crompton i wish the town and its people well, I've got to agree that the same wont happen to crusaders and im disgusted with the rfl over this. hope somehow there will be a Blackpool team back in the league in the future good luck my thoughts and prays are with you all x rednwhite hull kr 2 out of 10 for trolling, must try harder. Tell you what start a few posts on boards about how many teams benefit from non fed trained players but argue that it's with the RFL agreement, see where that takes you. |
