well done wales rugby league, another year or development for some of the young guys, maybe some super league players may make themselves available for example carvell ect to strengthen the side should hopefully see wales compete next year. thoughts?

lee briers will lead you all the way :) but you do want the best squad available as you dont want to lose 100-0 to the aussie's wouldnt exactly be good advertisement

i know what your saying but in fact having players such as carvell, halley briers ect will work out alot better for wales in the 4 nations and for the future. if wales play next year with same squad as this year then wales will get smashed every game and wont be competitive which will do know good for anyone and espcially wales rl. if wales can get a good squad out and be really competitive then the crowds will be better and the publicity wales would get would be great. if harris can get a squad were its made up of young players such as white, dudson, kear, mills and then the likes of bries, carvell, halley, james evans, glenn morrison? and maybe a few more then wales will compete really well

Briers can play, not my favourite player but he's been a loyal servant to Welsh Rugby. Carvell is in Australia training with England, as a Hull fan you'll already know that loyalty isn't his strongest trait. Halley's not good enough, we played the Bulls 3 times this year and apart from lifting a very rookie Gareth Thomas into touch helping the Bulls to win a very close game, he's did nothing special. Was Carvell playing when Hull got stuffed 66 6 by Wigan or was he out injured again? The Welsh born players will give it everything, right up to the final whistle even if they are getting a hiding from Australia etc. Some of our Oz boy will be qualified on residency by next year, there will be an option to slot in a few if Iestyn feels its necessary.

cavell plays for warrington??? plus yeah but isnt it 4 years they need to be in country to qualify for wales as greenshields and mogg had to wait 4 years to play for france i think wud be good to have crusaders side with briers and carvell haha but not many would decide to change to wales i no sammut wouldnt as hes a loyal maltese some like schifcofske, witt and others may which would be really good plus in 2000 wales played england in the world cup semi final and around 20,000 welshmen went to old trafford to waatch a team made of lots of rugby union internationals could you see some wales union players making the switch for the tournament i could see like powell giving it a go as he was linked with cru for a while

its ok fans saying no we dont want the likes of halley, carvell ect but if wales go in to next seasons 4 nations with the same squad as this year then wales will get stuffed every week which will do wales no good. but if you have a strong team and be competitive then thiings like crowds and that would be good.

Carvell spent 7 years at Hull, signed an extention to his contract and then changed his mind the next day! Warrington bought out his contract from Hull.
The Crusaders didn't just materialize in Wrexham, O'hara and Bryant played down in south Wales with the Celtic Crusaders.
