Does anyone know of somewere nice to stay overnight, dont want to be in wrexham - somewere just outside in the countryside (taking the missus for a nice night over)

Also is the parking around the ground plentyful and safe?

We stayed in the Ramada Plaza just on the outskirts of Wrexham . Very nice new hotel fifteen minute walk to the ground , reasonable prices when we were there.

Plenty of nice country places to stay in North Wales- make a weekend of it - avoid Rhyl and Prestatyn though.

Car parking plentiful - yes your car will be safe - this is Wales - not Hull - I know Hull very well - some good parts and some far from good.

Enjoy your visit - but not too much - don't come expecting a win :)

We stayed at a Premier lodge just outside Wrexham room was £54, but for an extra 20quid we got a meal/drink and all you can eat Brekkie the next day, we parked at Sainsbury's 2 min's walk from the ground with no problems, but i know people parked at the pub next to sainsbury's with no problems also, wrexham's not brill for a night out, i would personally move up the coast next time i go o it's only 45' min's from Wrexham and the hotels will be a bit cheaper and more readily available, or Chester is a lovely city also.
