Has the GT chanting saga done your club any favours? Yes, It was wrong, but the 40K fine on the Cas club has caused bad feeling in Yorkshire against yourselves..... |

If the minority of Cas fans did not give the lad any abuse they would not have got the fine so why should the Crusaders get any bad feeling from Yorkshire. |

I know what you're saying. I'm just saying what i've heard from Cas fans who seem to feel victimised by this. Having said that in this day and age when you can't say anything about anyone, i don't know what they expected. 40K is a hugh fine though! |

Cas were fined last season for crowd trouble, so based on that 40k is reasonable enough. As for some fans blaming the club and Gareth Thomas for being abused, that's about the stupidest thing I've ever heard and shows how backwards some people are. |

Saints fans have repeatedly got away with abuse of Barrie Mac with no fine though. |

Barry Mac is the ex Leeds forward who now commentates for Sky. He lost an eye in his early teens in an incident involving an air gun. |

No it hasn't; it's caused bad feeling from a few numpties at Cas who think that homophobic sledging is part and parcel of the rough and tumble of rugby league. Don't speak for Yorkshire - speak for yourself. |

It hasn't changed my opinion of the Crusaders, a very good, talented team (of Aussies) |

Its not done the crusaders (or GT) any harm, nor should it. If we worried about the reputations of players and clubs who are abused we'd still be stuck in the 70's giving black players monkey chants and throwing banana's. This has been all but eradicated in our game by taking positive action and hopefully this will go some way to getting rid of this bigotry from our sport. |
