To the Crusaders and their supporters You showed up well today and made some noise and gave good, friendly banter.

And the result flattered us in a way. The Crusaders were well drilled, controlled the game and out-enthused us. Our boys took this game too lightly by the looks of things and I had a feeling that would be the case and we'd be handed our backsides for it.

Thomas played well and as one fan pointed out, to a fit of giggles, he did take it up a lot. Positioning may have been a bit iffy for one Wakefield try but he looked like he'd been playing the game for donkey's years, looked solid in defence.
Overall an energetic performace from the team but I'm not sure you had to lay-on so much as we weren't going anywhere fast anyway!

Have to agree with all of the above comments...we were totally out-enthused in every department today, and although your boys didn't do anything spectacular (you didn't need to, to beat us today) they came with a good game plan and stuck to it.
Without wishing to sound condescending....it has taken a while, but IMHO you have finally arrived in Superleague.

its good to see friendly congrats given between to clubs and it makes me think things arent all bad after the horrible hosting hull kr gave us (warrington) today loads of offensive language and bricks were thrown at our coaches at the way back which is disgraceful good to see nice fans
