Announced soon I'm sure.

Plenty of names being mentioned.

But realistically....who will get the job??

And even more realistically....who would want it??

Will Celtic go for an experienced British coach or take a gamble on an Australian who is looking to try coaching for the first time??

Personally I reckon the Celtic job would be a pretty decent gig. South Wales is quite a pretty area, the people are friendly enough (well they are to Aussies anyway  ) and whoever the new coach will be won't have to worry about winning too many games as most people expect Celtic to finish bottom anyway.

How about Brad Fittler?

Or maybe former Cronulla /Kangaroos/Newport Gwent Dragons coach Chris Anderson??

People are talking about Brian Noble ....but I cant see that happening!!!

I reckon Chris Anderson will be the man

God help you all

Barry,

I think the entire rugby league world realises who our coach will be.

You think Chris Anderson too eh?

I'm not entirely convinced ...

When he gets it right he is a good coach, but he made some pretty unpopular decisions and choices whilst at Cronulla.

You don't want Brian Noble unless you get Brian Smith in first to do all the groundwork and then supply him with a large pot of money to buy success.
His success at Bradford were all on the back of the previous two coaches hard work, as soon as Chris Caisley left and the money dried up he bailed out leaving the inexperienced Steve McNamara to pick up the pieces, which he has failed to do.
