Thought you might go once the argument had died a death but could you kindly Foxtrot Oscar now please.

Your nylon shell suits and big hair are making me feel I'm at a Jimmy Saville and Wig convention.

I think Widnes should be in the Super League at the expense of the Celtic Crusaders.
I'm not a Widnes fan so that's why I haven't Foxtrot Oscared off and why I'm here giving it loads. Hope that's OK?

I'm not not a widnes fan nor have I ever owned a shell suit and I have welsh ancestry.

I believe Celtic shouldn't yet be in SL. If we have to have the licence system, and I'll go to my grave arguing against it, Widnes were much better placed to take up SL that Celtic. Currently, tho their team on the field isn't that cracking, Leigh have a magnificent stadium worthy of SL.

I have no intention of doing the big Foxtrot Oscar either!!!!!

The problem is Crucru old chap, that as much as you'd like it to be the case, it doesn't seem to be the Widnes fans that have done much of the crowing on here..
Whether you like it or not there have been plenty of questions asked about the Crusaders from fans of different clubs on different forums. Sorry that doesn't fit in with your sad little complex..

You simply have a chip on your shoulder!!

Not even sure 'the argument' is finished with either for that matter.. :o

Forgetting about the licensing for a minute, i don't really see what everyone is moaning about. The SL was expanding by 2 teams and Salford and Celtic were the top 2 in the division below. The only gripe widnes fans can have is that celtic should be relegated if they finish bottom. However, widnes would still need to win their grand final. Lets see if they moan about getting a franchise if they get one next time without winning the GF.

I don't think it particularly needs arguing again on here but it wasn't simply a choice of the two top teams it was supposed to be based on criteria including ground, finances, support and youth development amongst others.. if it was based on performances and we had a chance of gaining access to SL this year and the next and the next after that as the good old promotion and relegation worked.. you wouldn't find a moaner anywhere..

I think this whole thread should be removed..

The site administrator Adam9641 was having a pop at me yesterday for only posting negative things when I was disagreeing with Crucrucru. I wonder what he thinks of this thread.

Crusaders have issued statements saying they are not going bust.

The rfl have said virtually the same and they are helping Crusaders through the difficult first season.

What business do Widnes fans have on here other than that?

None as far as I can see.

They didn't stop whinging when I was on their site laughing at their plight but they come on here funnily enough roughly around the time of rumours of us going into admin and they get all self defensive. Awww bless em.

Two things there el pricko...
1) you've missed the point... as I said above it is not simply Widnes fans that have come on here or discussed your plight on other boards and yet you continue to point the finger solely at us... did you get tickled too hard and somewhere inappropriately once by someone claiming to be a Widnes fan or is your blinkered view down to something else..

2) Hmmmm why is it again that you don't get the love from Widnes fans..
"They didn't stop whinging when I was on their site laughing at their plight"
Oh that's right... I remember.
