reffing Wakefield for the 2nd time in 3 weeks when they are away.
Least he saves on train fare....gets to ride home on the Wakey Team Bus
Good Luck Celtic, they are there for the taking. Keep your defence tight and they will run out of ideas.

Fair post that pal, its a pity that your attempt at humour failed miserably

I'm afraid I see Wakefield winning this. Their bad run has to come to an end soon and I cannot see a playmaker like Brough in the Celtic side.

i'm surpised there is no rules/regs regarding reffing your home town team. although in fairness to the guy he is allegedly a proffesional and should be capable of acting in accordance.

i have no issue with him reffing his home town team in principal if however he has a shocker and can't call a fair game it needs to be address across the board.

we shall see. my heart says a celtic win by 2 in the final mins my head says wakey will close the deal by 65mins.

Untill this season there was, don't expect him to help us out though we will get nothing from him what so ever.

Shocking referee sometimes

well....funny you should say that. After the weekends games, the fairplay index saw us drop to second and you move off the bottom. 8/4 in favour of Wakey was the penalty count IIRC. Funny how the fairest team in the league suddenly lost the plot against the unfairest :P

Obviously done Wakefield a sh*t load of favours judging by their recent results!
