NOW ALL THE TEAMS MUST MEET THE CRITERIA or move for a team that does.
If crusaders had won a grand final and gone up i for one would respect their position in super league, and finally your home games did you know? it takes two minutes less to get to Widnes along the M5 (3HRS 36MINS), than it does to wrexham(3HRS 38MINS) REF GOOGLE big mistake moving the club needs to stay loyal and local to its fans!
The Framing the future document existed long before Celtic crusaders had ever been thought of , it is a guideline , not a set criteria , all it asks is that stadia are ' fit for purpose ' , If Brewery field was not up to relevant standard then the RFL should not have considered them for SL , nothing has changed in that repsect in the last 18 months

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Because it is. I am sure I read somewhere that there was a website on the subject of a new state of the art stadium near Bridgend. A couple of clubs were mentioned as being the ones to play out of it. Unfortunately the Crusaders were not one of them. So why move away from the south where this stadium is supposedly going to be built. The move north could be due Mr Samuels pulling out, having taken a seasons Sky money and half a million quid from selling the lease on Brewery field, along with spending very little on players (illegals are never paid very much). The guy is a shrewd businessman who seems to have taken the RFL for a ride.
2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

You really do need to be able to distinguish between discussing the likelyhood of Crusaders failing and wishing it so.
If I interpreted your last sentence through your standard "bitterness filter", I would accuse you of hoping that rugby league would fail.
Which of course it wouldn't. The loss of Crusaders would be a blow but the sport has survived and even grown despite the loss of more prestiguous expansion clubs.
i know some people are discussing this matter with a clear head and concern for a number of issues. jesus wept. but there is a hard core of tossers having orgasms. my comments re directed at them not everyody eing critical. jesus do i realy have to explain that blindingly obvious point.
as for not seeing problems what are you on about? i see them very clearly thanks.
league is in a difficult position, maybe even an impossible position. if you cant see that then you are blind.

stop whining. no one is stopping you saying anything. the victim card really doesnt suit you starbug.
I have little regard for the RFL and blame them for the Visa fiasco [ the club were just led along the garden path on that ] but the RFL are most definatley not to blame for this one

No, you didn't. You were adamant that anyone who predicted poor crowds, LS being unreliable with his cash or that Crusaders were likely to relocate and rename themselves was a flatcapper.
Yet they all happened.

Difficult - yes
Impossible - no
League survived the loss of Paris St Germain and even managed to keep growing despite this. No disrespect to the Bridgend / Newport area but Paris you are not.
If the worst comes to the worst and rugby league ceases to be a pro sport in Wales, the game will move on without Wales just as it moved on without Paris.
