If you really want to know why Celtic got into SL before Fax, Leigh or Widnes apart from Location, it would have been that their Kids are rather good at RL..........they have a youth structure, they promised a stadium (al a widnes, fax, Wakey, Salford, St Helens and Salford) and they are potentially a hotbed for RL....unlike Leigh who got 5 points in their 1 year in SL, Fax, who were relegated with 0 points and the worse season crowd average in the last 10 years and widnes who broke RFL rules on financial matters......
