Squad:

Williame, Tierney, Langi, McIlorum, Garcia, Bird, Bousquet, Simon, Jullien, Da Costa, Goudemand, Belmas, Albert, Maria, Baitieri, Romano, Mourgue, Big Sam, Little Sam.

Fartown:

McIntosh, McGillvary, Gaskell, Frawley, Clough, Leeming, Matagi, Murphy, Mellor, O'Brien, Roberts, Ta'ai, Jake Wardle, Ikahihifo, Walne, L Senior, Kirby, Wilson, Butler.

Had the displeasure of watching yet another season at Fartown and they've been bloody awful in large parts. This one could be a tough watch. I shall be there anyway.

I went to see Bird's finale . we played rather well and certainly were the better team for most of the match . We had a good gameplan and stuck to it. Lucas Albert was excellent and the new scrum half good

Unfortunately we were undone by terrible defensive positioning on our right flank .Their left wing scored 4 times and knocked on twice when he had a reasonable chance of scoring .On 4 of these6 occasions our right wing was nowhere to be seen though I would add that on one of the occasions Julienn-too slow for a centre -donated a try by dropping an easy catch . We also donated an interception try .
Overall ,however, our play was much less scrappy and team spirit was good .Our best 3 players were Bousquet Tomkins and Albert . We must stick with Albert ,who is the best half back that we presently have .O ver and out till Feb. and a new Gigot free season

Apologies to Jullien. It was in fact the hapless no.30 Brochon who dropped the easy ball.

Christ you are brutal. That was his debut and he's a young lad.

Defence on our right flank was awful at times too, bad reads by Jerry gave oceans of room for your first two tries, also your third try was embarrassing as the young lad walked through a non existent defence
