Goulding speaks his mind
You have to go to the bottom of the page for the good stuff. Some crazy ideas, like Pelo at FB, some excentric ideas, like Greenshields not guarenteed in the squad, and some good talk about giving the French players a chance and not antipodeans who can't get a SOO shot.

I've seen Pelo play full-back before. Against Fev in the Cup last season. Unconvincing wasn't quite the word I'd have used.

Squad named after the Dragons and Toulouse games at the weekend

I think, for once Boots 'n all hit the nail on the head, Its admirable that Bobby wants to promote French talent, especially in the backs but if they get touched up against England again then he might have to rethink that policy.

If it were me and Clint wanted to play for France he would be the first name on my team sheet, the other guys Mogg, Croker are perhaps the wrong side of 30.

I would go with Clint if available. As much as a home-grown Frenchman is great, anything but the best available FB is crazy talk - it's a sure way to spill out trys.

I would have thought, if fit, Bosc, Pelo Mounis, Bently, Ferriol, Fakir, Elima and Guisset would be first on my picks - with the big question being Justin Murphy. Sure, Clint would be on the list but I'd start with top notch non-nationalised French players.

From the bloke who has always complained about Antipodeans taking shirts from French lads

Will be difficult as both are out.

France are going to get smashed.

I think thats probably the case. A decent First half performance out of France would be good though.
