Though JD etc has locked the item viz 'where July 18 game' think he was out to order in deeming it a strange question.
Many RL supporters on this side of the channel were under the impression that the Gilbert B venue was going to undergo an 'upgrade' this summer so as to ensure that it was fully up to SuperLeague franchise standards....so what happened
.....just another 'smoke & mirrors' or are your local authority under pressure from the 'rabid dogs' of the XV 'shower'.
We need to know.......the truth please.
Know the Wolves fans were keen to go to Barca for one or was that idea of 'venue' expansion another 'smoke & mirrors' spin.

Were they?
We were under the impression it was fully compliant.
Oh, and if you want 'the truth' it would help if you didn't constantly type in riddles. Plain english does just fine.

Criticising the moderation process is against the AUP

It already is up to Franchise standards, where are these many RL supporters? When you bring them on here to complain then I will provide you with a reasonable explanation.

I'd like to find a local authority more supportive of the team than the Conceil Generale are of the Dragons. How many local councils actually do so much that they appear on the playing jersey?

You don't, or need to know anything

I have no idea what the hell you are trying to get at here....

Again, you know and don't need to know anything.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

I and others were under the impression some home games were going to OTHER VENUES in '09 e.g Brive & Barca for two while the Gilbert B Stadium was up-graded.
The building work & cranes - at the East end - are I belive for the 'new' swim pool and thus have n'owt to do with with Stadium
The stadium work was to be additional covered seating on either wing ends of the north stand and covered seating in the West goal-post end where it's currently only standing.
No, the stadium is not fully in line with SuperLeague franchise requirements, not enough covered seats, no corporate boxs, and a bit under the minimum target capacity. Admit that there are other venues in the comp. which need to upgrade e.g Salford/Castleford/HullKR and Bradford
The capicity is a tad under 10K. Now please answer the questions!!

I believe that the plan has always been to spread the word by taking games on the road. I do not think that this is a plan for upgrading the stadium, it's a plan to spread the word throughout the region.
