Hi Everyone, I am going to be completing a 6 hour boot camp challenge in aide of the Steve Prescott Foundation on Saturday 25th January 2014 at Worthy Fitness Centre in Horwich. I am hoping to raise £1000 and beyond for a great cause inspired by a man that can only be described as a Warrior in every sense of the word. I will be completing 6 back to back bootcamps which will consist of 120 stations, a mixture of Strength & Endurance exercises!
