what are club's different pricing policies with players/members etc? one off payment, registration fees and/or matchday subs?

we've done standing orders in the past but wondering what other clubs do...

At Hindpool we pay £3 subs for a home game and £5 for away games where we use a coach. Players are expected to buy a membership at £5 but its not mandatory. We try to keep the cost down to a minimum and to be fair to the lads most do spend a fortune over the bar. This is probably to cheap I think but some clubs I know of charge more but their players dont really use the bar so its swings and roundabouts I guess.
