big mistake going to summer i think, family men are going to struggle and people who go on holiday alot more... keep it winter an we just have to keep our cars running for longer bring up the tempreture of the world, godbless global warming! haha

Just wondering what clubs are to remiain winter with the NWC following their recent instructions to ask teams to run the options past the players?? |

Judging by how boring this Nwc's meeting is I'm guessing most teams won't get to choose cause we'll all die of boredom..... |

Agree with Ant. It all seems a nice idea in theory playing in good weather etc.. but it will see the death of many a club. Their is already a shortage of players IMO in relation to the amount of clubs trying to field teams. Add into the mix summer rugby, 6 weeks kids school holidays, BBQs, family days out, summer holidays etc etc and just generally finding excuses to spend the nice weekends in beer gardens and alike. This will all have a negative impact on the number of players willing to turn out on a Saturday. |
