St Helens Wild Boars V Newton Storm
Bury Broncos V Wigan Bulldogs
Eccleston Lions V Westhoughton Lions
Hindley V Chorley Panthers
Rochdale Cobras V Waterhead

Home wins all round for me this week. Newton have been struggling of late (hope they can raise a team or pazzer won't be pleased!) and Wild Boars have some good results. If Bury have a full squad there's no reason we can't turn Wigan over even though they seem to have improved as the season's gone one. Eccleston will have just too much for Westhoughton and Hindley too much for Chorley (hope they don't concede).
Rochdale - Waterhead probably the pick of the ties, think Rochdale will come back hard after losing to Eccleston, whilst Waterhead have had some iffy results recently.

Ouch! Was that you boys on fire or Chorley having a bad day (though I remember it was 88-0 last time?)?
And a big win for Wild Boars, glad Newton were able to field a team. Hope pazzer played!

Poor performance from Bury today overall, not a patch on last week. Started cold, conceded 2 tries in 5 minutes. Things evened out a bit and got a bit physical and niggly as the game went on. We were probably dominant physically and good in patches going forward and were held up over the line 3 times but then silly mistakes and too many penalties cost us dear and Wigan took full advantage of some poor tackling. Oh and they had that screaming banshee on the sideline again giving us all headaches for 80 minutes! :)

 LOL. Chorley travelled with 12 men and lost 1 after 20 mins. At least we werent nilled this time :D

We seem to have had a lot of season ending injuries of late which is ripping the side apart.

Massive credit to you boys for travelling to Hindley on a hiding to nothing! I've been on the end of a absolutely mammoth hiding once back in my youth and some heavy defeats from time to time since and it ain't nice but it's all about how you come back from it.

We (Bury) should be entertaining you chaps at our place fairly soon!

Storm opened the scoring in the first 3 minutes, after that it was all Wild Boars. We put up a good test, the referee was a fooooking tool, i think Wild Boars may admit that, but even so we'd have been beat. Had a 20 minute spell where we kept them out and tested their defense, but they held on. Good physical match, good hits put in, but they deserved the win.

On the upside, i won the raffle... :D
